Passenger 2.1.3 packages for Ubuntu Hardy 5 Apr 09

Phusion Passenger 2.1.3 has been released and we’ve updated our Ubuntu packages as usual.  Instructions in the usual place on our wiki.

    Hi. In Intrepid Ibex (8.10), there is a ubuntu package for Passenger already, but it is getting old (Passenger version 2.0.3). I would appreciate if you could make this brightbox passenger package available for Interpid as well.
